Description

CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted 30-amino acid peptide hormone, primarily functioning as a releasing hormone (GHRH) analog.One of the advantages of CJC-1295 over traditional GHRH is its ability to bioconjugate with serum albumin, thus increasing its half-life and therapeutic window. It accomplishes this by using protecting groups around the amino acids of GHRH typically susceptible to enzymatic degradation.

The clinical research was ultimately successful for most research subjects. Ghrelin, released from the gut, which circulates and acts as a hunger hormone, has synergistic activity in the body with GHRH and also suppresses somatostatin to make way for the GHRH pulse.

The Difference Between CJC-1295 DAC And CJC-1295 NO DAC

1. When a person sees the term CJC 1295 without DAC this is really means that they are looking at MOD GRF 1-29. This tetrasubstitued peptide is a modified version of the original GRF 1-29 peptide better known as Semorelin.

This is referred to as a GH-bleed and the overall result is inferior to using CJC 1295-NON-DAC daily for 5 days out of 7. Therefore using CJC 1295-NON-DAC daily (between 6-8pm) provides a more effective GH spike at 1:00am.

6. Various experiments have been conducted to test the effectiveness of CJC 1295-DAC in vivo and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism has reported dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations by 2-10 fold for more than 6 days and increased IGF-1 concentrations 1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days after a single injection. Mean half-life was shown to be 5.8-8.1 days, also after multiple doses mean IGF-1 levels remained above baseline for up to 28 days. No serious adverse reactions were reported in any group.
