Usage: Modified GRF 1-29 is also known as Mod GRF 1-29, but even more commonly known as

CJC-1295 without DAC. It is a protein that is 29 amino acids long and it is a GHRH analogue. CJC-1295 without DAC acts on receptors at the pituitary gland to stimulate the release of Human Growth Hormone.

CJC-1295 without DAC could be referred to more properly as a second generation derivative of GHRH. GHRH is modified to create what is known as Releasing Factor (GRF) 1-29, also known as Sermorelin. GRF 1-29 is then further modified to create Mod GRF 1-29 which is CJC-1295 without DAC.

CJC-1295 is an injection peptide for increasing GH production. The peptide is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) mimetic or the like. In other words, it works the same way as GHRH, which can be called GHRH.

The primary use of CJC-1295 is to provide increased GH levels, which also leads to an increase in IGF-1 levels. These levels of increase can help reduce fat and, in some cases, also help muscle benefit. Typically, products in the GHRH category (including CJC-1295) are selected as alternatives to GH and are rarely used in conjunction with GH.

Another major GHRH product is Mod GRF 1-29, and in most cases I recommend CJC-1295. The duration of the product is different. Mod GRF has a roughly ideal short-acting time, allowing pulsed administration, whereas CJC-1295 has an extended duration of action that prevents this administration.

It is important to avoid confusing CJC-1295 with "CJC-1295 without DAC", which is not CJC-1295, but the wrong Mod GRF. When the peptide does not have a DAC, it is not CJC-1295.

CJC 1295 is sometimes referred to as "CJC-1295 and DAC", which is only CJC-1295.

The product is best suited for individuals who wish not to always inject and are seeking substantial support for GH production rather than maximum or near maximum increase. This is because it provides a flat blood level that does not match the pulsatile dose, which is required for maximum effect. However, a stable level can provide very good support for natural GH pulses.

In contrast, adverse side effects associated with GH overdose, such as nerve compression pain (such as carpal tunnel pain), excessive water retention, or reduced insulin sensitivity, compared to CJC-1295 use. The reason is that stimulating GH production is greater than the GH production for individual situations. The solution is to stop using the problem until the problem is solved and reduce the dose when resuming use.

In order to continuously support GH production, the following recommended dose, CJC-1295 does not need to be recycled.

5. How to use CJC-1295

CJC1295 is usually set in vials containing 2 or 5 mg of lyophilized powder, although the amount may vary. The contents should be reconstituted by adding the appropriate amount of sterile or antibacterial water. If, for example, 2 mL is selected and the vial dose is 2 mg, the concentration of the resulting solution is 1 mg / mL or 1000 mcg / mL.

At the time of administration, the insulin syringe was used for stretching, and then the required amount was injected. In the above examples, a dose of 1000 mcg will require 1 mL of volume or & quot; 100 IU & quot; labeled on an insulin syringe.

As with Mod GRF, CJC-1295 use can be combined with use of GHRP, but if using a GHRP, for superior results I recommend combining Mod GRF with it rather than CJC-1295.

The most important reason for this is observed results. The principal cause of it is that the DAC modification results in relatively lower levels of free peptide. In and of itself, this would be a bad thing, but it’s counterbalanced by the lower levels being sustained. However, if creating peaks with a GHRP, it’s more efficient to have higher levels of free GHRH peptide in, so to speak, “lock step” with those peaks. Mod GRF does this, while CJC-1925 does not.

If choosing CJC-1295 anyway to stack with a GHRP, dosing of the CJC-1295 remains as recommended above, while GHRP dosing will be typically 100 mcg at a time, or 50 mcg at a time if using hexarelin.
